Why this site exists
Almost everything on Moe's menu is build-your-own, which is great for choice but makes the nutrition math genuinely hard to do in your head. A burrito can be 350 calories or 1,100 depending on what goes in it. We built this calculator so you can see the real total before you're standing in line, not after.
What we do
- Maintain a build-your-own calculator that totals calories, protein, fat, carbs, and sodium live as you build a meal
- Publish a full nutrition chart covering every base, protein, topping, sauce, side, and dessert
- Write ordering guides for common goals — keto, high-protein, low-calorie, lower-sodium
- Provide general-purpose calculators (BMR, TDEE, macros) that aren't tied to any one restaurant
Independence
This is an independent, unofficial resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Moe's Southwest Grill or its parent company. See our editorial policy for how that independence shapes what we publish, and our sources page for exactly where our numbers come from.
