How we work

Editorial Policy

The standards we hold ourselves to when researching, writing, and updating nutrition content.

Our purpose

This site exists to help people quickly estimate the nutrition content of a Moe's Southwest Grill order before or while they're deciding what to get. We aim to make that information easy to find, easy to understand, and as accurate as a third-party resource reasonably can be.

Research standards

Independence

This is an independent, unofficial resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Moe's Southwest Grill or its parent company. Nothing on this site should be read as an official statement from the restaurant.

Corrections

When we find an error, or when a reader flags one, we fix it and note the update. We don't quietly bury corrections — if a change is significant enough to affect someone's decision (for example, a large swing in a sodium or calorie figure), we treat it as worth surfacing, not just silently editing.

No paid placement

Menu items, "healthiest option" call-outs, and swap suggestions are chosen based on the nutrition data itself, not on any commercial relationship. If that ever changes for any part of this site, it will be disclosed clearly on the page in question.

Review process

Content that makes health-related claims (for example, our diet-specific ordering guidance) is checked against our review process before publishing. General reference content, like the raw nutrition chart, is fact-checked against our sourcing standards but does not require clinical review since it does not make health recommendations on its own.

Questions or concerns

If something on this site looks wrong, outdated, or unclear, we'd rather hear about it than have it sit uncorrected. See the site footer for how to get in touch.
