30-Day Moe's Ordering Framework

A month of eating at the same place doesn't have to mean a month of the same order. This is a structure for building variety over four weeks, not a fixed day-by-day meal prescription.

Think in weeks, not days

Rather than planning 30 individual meals, it's easier to define 4–5 "template" builds and rotate through them across the month, occasionally swapping one ingredient to keep things interesting.

Suggested weekly themes

Keeping it sustainable

The single biggest factor in any month-long pattern isn't perfect adherence to a specific macro split — it's whether the pattern is one you'll actually keep doing. Use the TDEE and macro calculators to set a realistic target, then use these weekly themes as loose scaffolding rather than a strict script. Prefer a simpler, day-to-day structure instead? See the 7-day rotation framework.

This is a general variety framework, not a personalized nutrition plan. For a structured month-long plan tailored to your goals or any medical condition, work with a registered dietitian. See our disclaimer.
